Flight Co-ordinator
An experienced Galileo ticketer is sought to join our Operations Team. However, as the job title reflects, this role involves much more than simply issuing tickets. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for meeting all ticketing deadlines by ensuring that up to date flight and fares information is available to your colleagues, work is organised and prioritised correctly and queues are properly managed. Integral parts of your role will be to assist with the loading of data in to our fares database, assist with the management of group allocations and respond to ticketing and fare queries from other members of the team. As well as previous ticketing experience, ideally in a tour operator environment, a working knowledge of Excel and the ability to multi task while working under pressure will be key to the success of this role. Salary offered will be commensurate with experience.

Tour Consultant: Europe
An opportunity has arisen for a Tour Consultant to join our sales team. The position will include selling brochure tours as well as designing and costing tailor-made itineraries for independent travel to Europe. The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the region gained by relevant travel experience along with a passion to sell the destination.
Good sales techniques and an excellent telephone manner are required. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure whilst maintaining a focus on excellent customer service. Applicants need to be computer literate with good writing/keyboard skills.
Salary up to £23,465. Travel sales experience is a must.
